Steps & Timeline of the 2010 Commercial
Loan Origination Process

1.)   Review the PowerPoint for important info on terms, fees & 

       measures;

2.)   Select from our list of eligible measures;

3.)   Get estimates & bids from contractors;

4.)   Complete an application;

5.)   Hand in your application to Boulder County by August 23;

6.)   Receive an email from Boulder County qualifying you for a loan.

7.)   Meet with a loan originator to complete and sign the loan agreement;

8.)   Receive a notice to proceed from Boulder County;

9.)   Complete contracted projects.
10.) Boulder County will pay your contractor directly.
